Hey, everyone!
I’m happy to announce officially that I’ve made a major change professionally! I started the new year right, by signing an exclusive endorsement agreement with the cutting edge supplement company, iSatori Technologies.
I will be working closely with my husband, Peter, as we introduce their exciting product line to the Southern California market. We will be making appearances on behalf of iSatori at nearly all of the Southern California NPC and IFBB events for 2012, promoted by my favorite promoter, Mr. Jon Lindsay!

ATTENTION BIKINI AND FIGURE COMPETITORS!!!
Hey, girls!
It’s a new year, and that means competition season is almost apon us! Alot of exciting things are happening! Lindsay Productions has organized 2 more contests for the Southern California region for the new year, making it a total of 13 regional shows for 2012! More chances to get on that stage and strut your stuff!
With that being said, it’s time to get to work, girls! Almost time to put on those clear heels, and start practicing the walk, the strut, the swagger! It’s like we always say, “it’s not always the best physique that wins the contest…it’s the girl with the best presentation, the one that shines! She’s the one everybody is looking at!”
2012 POSING CLINIC SCHEDULE FOR BIKINI & FIGURE:
All clinics will be held at World Gym San Diego/ 619 Muscle.
Located at 2949 Garnet Ave, San Diego, CA 92109
We will be covering:
- mandatory and individual posing for Bikini & Figure (NPC)
- suits & shoes (where to get, buy, sell)
- hair, makeup services (connections with trusted artists provided)
- nutritional / supplement information, Q & A
Bring your heels, your suits, your food, a towel and water. We’ll see all of you on the following dates, to polish up your presentation in time for the upcoming shows!
Saturday, February 4th, 10am-1pm

What are you doing right now to acheive all of your life’s goals?
It’s a new year, and that means it’s the perfect time to set those resolutions. But you and I both know that those are just words, just empty promises to yourself, if you don’t take action! Get up off the couch, put down your iPad and put away the left-over Christmas cookies! Take action. Join the gym, plan your meals, and commit to regular exercise!
Honestly, email me, I’ll outline a plan for you, and send it right to your iPad! lol! I may not be good at bowling, but I know that I can help you achieve your fitness goals in the new year! (yes, I spent New Year’s day with some dear friends, bowling, and mostly laughing at myself! lol! I cannot bowl to save my life!)
Sincerely, it’s time to get up, take action, and make the new year count! Do something for yourself – take care of yourself! People around you that you might not even realize are inspired by you! Others surely look to you somewhere in your life for leadership, whether its your kids, your spouse, your friends, your co-workers or siblings…don’t let ‘em down! Inspire them, and make some positive changes to your own life!

Hey, everyone!
Just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who supported me during this contest prep! The competition was fierce! All of the girls were so beautiful, fit, and just amazing! One thing I have noticed during the past 3 years competing as a Pro, is that all of the girls are so nice, so supportive – I’ve made so many good friends on the Pro Circuit, it’s such fun to get onstage with the girls! Congratulations to everyone!
Overall, I’m very happy with my condition and the package I presented this weekend. 
This prep, I really focused on streamlining and refining my lines, keeping my roundness, but not being “too lean” or “too muscular”…The feedback from the judges was mostly positive, regarding the subtle changes to my physique..I know I still have work to do, but I’m moving forward with the look of my physique – and that’s the most important thing!
This sport can be tough on your ego, if you let it get to you…but don’t take the placings personally; just use your training and nutrition, work hard, work smart – just work to make the improvements that will make your own package better, and better…that’s the whole point anyway, right?
It’s the ongoing journey to be the best you can be!

It was an amazing show last night! All of the girls were beautiful; the IFBB Pro Bikini ladies were spectacular! And with over 200 athletes in total, it was a busy night of fit, toned ladies!
I’m so proud of my girls who competed this weekend, Glo Lovidice, who placed 4th in the open “A” class, and Debbra Young, congrats for winning the Bikini “A” class with style, sass and a sexy stage presence! Go lovely ladies!

Not only did my dear “lil sis’”, Khay, do great at the Arnold Classic earlier this month, but I came home San Diego to support several of my girls as they prepared to compete at Jon Lindsay’s NPC San Diego Championships last weekend, and just yesterday, to strut their stuff again at the NPC / IFBB MuscleContest Championships in Culver City.
Both shows had a huge turnout of Figure and Bikini competitors, and the MuscleContest show even had an IFBB Pro Bikini competition – and we welcomed back to the stage the beautiful Mary Jo Cooke, who looked amazing in her first Bikini competition! Go MJ!
I am so proud of all my girls, who have worked so hard, cardio-ing, dieting, training, to shape their bodies into fit and lean, tight and toned athletes with prize-winning physiques!
For the San Diego show, our extended family included Gloria Lovidice (1st open “A”), Stephanie Perkins (1st bikini “A”), Melanie Nakaji (4th open “A”), Kristi Krasja (2nd open “C”). Special congrats to Leslie, Katrina, May, who attended my clinic and looked amazing! And ultra special congrats to Tracy Rogers, who is an inspirational athlete in our gym and who dialed in her “walk around” physique in less than a week to steal 2nd place in her class! and my sis-in-law, Paulina, who did her first west coast show at the San Diego, and took 4th in her class!

It’s been a busy few weeks – Khay and I had an amazing photo shoot with Chaz a few weeks ago, and then we travelled to Columbus to work the Arnold Expo for MAN Sports last weekend – and what a busy weekend it was!
I’m so proud of my little “sister” who really pulled it together after her bout with pneumonia only 6 weeks ago. She worked very hard and got her body into her best shape ever – placing 2nd in the very competitive Arnold Amateur Bikini competition. Go Khay!
I had so much fun meeting fans and friends, signing autographs and taking pictures! It was an amazing weekend, but it flew by in the blink of an eye. Thank you to my sponsor, MAN Sports, and thanks to everyone who came by to say hello!
Now, back from the busy weekend, it seems I haven’t missed a beat. I’m back at work, training several of my girls for the upcoming shows, and they’re all looking so good! It’s been a great start to the 2011 season, and this year promises to be even better! Stay tuned for more details about my own training too – I’ve started my prep for the Pro California, in just 11 weeks!
